As you may know, my involvement with the New Wide Awakes keeps me working on and thinking about issues of civil rights. And in the course of this activity, I continue to be astonished at how excellent a job the Democrats have done at rewriting history, weaving a mist around their own guilt, and projecting that guilt on Republicans.
