"Double standard" doesn't begin to describe it

The difference between what Democrats can get away with and what Republicans can get away with is so extreme, it could be said to be a violation of the 14th Amendment.
For example, if you were to ask the average man on the street which party engaged in vote suppression, voter intimidation, and vote fraud in 2000 and 2004, what answer do you think you would get? I'll give you two guesses, and the second one doesn't count. The media and their screeching cohorts on the left created a din about "Republican" vote fraud so loud that it could be heard from space. None of it was true, of course, but that didn't stop them. And what did that din manage? It managed to a) create a false impression of Republican guilt and b) conceal the fact that Democrats ACTUALLY DID COMMIT MASSIVE VOTE FRAUD.
Today, pursuant to some other research, I can across this report from the American Center for Voting Rights from 2005.
In it, you will find tons of unproven allegations of vote fraud by Republicans, and tons of provable incidents of vote fraud by Democrats...incidents with documentation, smoking guns, facts, indictments, and convictions.
There is simply no comparison. Why is this 2005 report important now? Because it's going to happen again this year. Because they're going to get away with it again this year. Because much of the fraud happens in ways that are difficult to detect. Because much of the fraud occurs in cities that are run by Democrats who are reluctant to expose the fraud of their cohorts (or are themselves involved in it). Because the media will give them aid and comfort, both in concealing their crime and projecting it upon Republicans. Because the left will use every venue at its disposal, including (one of the most) biased Wikipedia entries (I've ever seen) to perpetrate this massive nationwide electoral outrage.
Oh, and also because your property and even you very life are at risk if you are a Republican, support a Republican, or work for Republicans.
The entire report is worth reprinting, but it's too long and it's not our report, so read it, or as much of it as you can. We'll just reprint the portion on violence committed by Democrats against Republicans. Note that these incidents were all reported in local news sources, and that there is NO EQUIVALENT the other direction. Here is that section:
(i) Violence And Other Incidents of Intimidation
In 2004, Republicans were subject to an aggressive and sometimes violent campaign of harassment and intimidation orchestrated by Kerry supporters. At least three Bush-Cheney offices were shot at during the election season. A swastika was burned into the front yard of a Bush-Cheney supporter in Madison, Wisconsin. Other incidents included offices burglarized, windows smashed, tires slashed and other property damage. The following is a timeline of documented election-related violence and intimidation against the Bush-Cheney ‘04 campaign and Republicans in 2004.

You take your life into your hands as a Republican. How long do we let them get away with this?
A couple of final points:
1) They've been doing this for all of American history (Tammany Hall, The Democrat South, graveyards for JFK...)
2) It seems clear that, while the majority of rank-and-file Democrats are good and decent people, there is nonetheless a problem on their side that we do not share. One of two things must be the case: Either
a) something about the left attracts worse people, or
b) something about being on the left makes some people worse
Because there is no Republican equivalent, it is hard to think of a third possibility.
