Say it with me, New York Times:

I will not reveal classified information.

I will not reveal it on a plane,

I will not reveal it on a train.

I will not do it in a Fez,

I will not do it, 'though I hate the Prez.

The New York Times has it in for President Bush, his policies, and anyone within a radius of 3000 miles around him. That's right---not only does the Times hate the President---they hate you. Their Ahab-esque hunt to harpoon George W. Bush has caused them to reveal a surveillance program designed to keep you from being killed by Al Qaeda terrorists.

Guess what---revealing classified information is a crime. Even for the media, there are restrictions as to just how far freedom of the press goes when there are direct national security implications. Anyone who puts their hatred of a President---or a political agenda of any sort---above the national interest does not get to protest when they are called "unpatriotic" (something the left keeps claiming happens to them all the time). Anyone who puts their hatred of a President, or a political agenda of any sort, above the national interest---and commits a crime while doing so---needs to go to prison. For 15,000 years.

And just that might happen to some people at the New York Times, according to this post at The American Thinker.

...their sources, who face criminal prosecution, will not waive any promise of confidentiality and the New York Times reporters will talk or go to jail. Because executive editor Bill Keller and publisher Arthur "Pinch" Sulzberger may well have been involved in the story and know the identity of the sources, and have refused to answer questions from their own ombudsmen, public editor Byron Calame, they too could be subpoenaed and compelled to testify or else endure jail time.

Oh please, let it be so. Maybe we can even get a shot of "Pinch" in a perp-walk.
